A morning recovery score from overnight HRV (RMSSD / DFA-α1), resting heart rate, breathing rate and sleep — each compared to your own personal baseline.

Strain & training load

Cardiovascular load on a 0–21 scale (Banister TRIMP), plus acute-to-chronic workload ratio and training monotony — so you train hard without overreaching.

Sleep & bedtime

Sleep stages, efficiency and a performance score, a dynamic nightly sleep-need target that rises with the day's strain, and a smart bedtime recommendation.

Cognitive focus
